Cimri Medical is a Direct Primary Care practice serving patients across South Jersey and Philadelphia – membership-based, insurance-free, and built around one thing: the relationship between a patient and their physician. This is not a new idea. It is medicine returning to what it was always supposed to be.
In the conventional system, primary care has been shaped by insurance reimbursement, administrative burden, and patient panels too large to allow for the kind of attention good medicine actually requires. The result is short appointments, weeks-long waits, and a physician who is managing too many patients to truly know any of them. And because care is filtered through insurance, patients rarely know what anything costs until the bill arrives.
Cimri was founded to practice medicine differently. By removing insurance from the equation and keeping our panel deliberately small, we have created the conditions that good primary care has always required – time, continuity, and genuine access to a physician who knows your full picture. One flat monthly membership. No surprise fees. And because we work directly with wholesale providers, members access labs, imaging, and medications at significantly reduced cash-pay rates.

Founder & Medical Director
Dr. Idil Kore is a Yale and Harvard-trained, board-certified Internal Medicine physician who founded Cimri Medical because she believed that both patients and physicians deserve better than what the system has made possible.
After a decade in traditional health systems, she saw firsthand what happens when administrative burden, fragmented care, and unnecessary complexity crowd out the thing that matters most: the relationship between a patient and their physician. She founded Cimri to restore exactly that – a practice built on time, transparency, and trust.
